“These streets will make you feel brand new, big lights will inspire you, let’s hear it for NEW YORK!”

I can’t believe that after a whole year of travelling I’m going to be on the road (airplane) again tomorrow.
Yes, my bags are packed, I’m sitting in the Starbucks coffee at the lovely Bellevue in Zürich before doing some last minute shopping for my next adventure which will start tomorrow morning. (Shops open at 9 o’clock, so yeah… Starbucks is a good excuse)

Tomorrow morning my whole family and I are leaving Switzerland to spend Christmas and New Year in the lovely city of New York. Bild

I’ve never been to New York before and I am very excited to explore the city and probably also the nightlife scene since I’m turning 21 on Christmas. EXCITING!!!
Of course I’m also looking forward to doing all the touristy things one can do in New York. I maybe don’t have a boyfriend for a romantic ice skating rink experience at the Rockefeller Center but my sister will do, right? 😉

Just recently I was looking through the pictures of my travels and I realized how much I miss all the people, the cities, the adventures and the excitement. Just a year ago my time in the City of Angels was over and I was in Santiago de Chile, spending Christmas with my chilean family; and that’s an experience I will definitely never forget. Last week is sent them some Christmas presents, which mainly consist of chocolate because what else should I send them from Switzerland?

I’m done with 5 of my 6 final exams, the last one i will have to take in January. Half of them went well and the rest was just like playing poker. Especially my business administration exam was an hours of guessing and calculating how many points I needed to pass the exam (yes, it really was that bad).

I’m off doing some last minute shopping.

I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! All the best, stay healthy and happy!
